    During the Mercer Mobility Technology roundtable we will explore how the global mobility function can free up time to become a strategic business partner for talent mobility utilising the appropriate technology solutions.     •    Compensation Localiser: Establish competitive pay levels for scenarios such as local plus, localization, one-way indefinite international transfers, locally or directly hired foreigners
